Terms and Conditions of Purchase

GENERAL INFORMATION
In accordance with Article 10 of Law 34/2002, of July 11, on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSI), CHILL & BUY S.L., CIF B27856814, with registered office at Camiño Toutizo 22, Bajo – 36214 Vigo (Pontevedra), is the owner of the domain www.chillandbuy.es. These terms and conditions, together with their acceptance upon purchase confirmation, constitute the contract between the user and CHILL & BUY S.L.

PURCHASE PROCESS
In accordance with Article 27 of the LSSI, the procedures for concluding the online contract are described. CHILL & BUY S.L. will archive the electronic document in which the contract is formalized and it will be accessible to the user upon request. Once the purchase is completed, the customer will receive a copy of the order, these conditions, and, where applicable, the corresponding invoice.

GENERAL PROVISIONS
Placing an order implies full acceptance of these conditions. The customer declares to have read and understood these terms. Any condition proposed by the customer that differs from these will not be binding unless expressly accepted by CHILL & BUY S.L.

For orders from outside the Peninsula, it will be necessary to include DNI/NIF/NIE at checkout. For B2B orders, the customer can request a catalog and specific conditions.

PRICES
Prices include 21% VAT and are expressed in euros. The applicable price will be the one in force at the time of purchase. CHILL & BUY S.L. may modify prices without prior notice, without affecting already confirmed orders.

PAYMENT METHODS

1. Bank transfer: Account ES15 2100 6199 7902 0012 3697. Shipping will be made after payment confirmation.
2. Credit card: Secure, encrypted, and verified payment by the banking institution.
3. PayPal: Immediate payment without surcharge. Payment in 3 installments available according to PayPal's terms.
4. Klarna: Deferred payment subject to Klarna's approval.

DELIVERY TIMES
CHILL & BUY S.L. will not ship any order until payment is verified. The general delivery time is 1 to 5 business days, depending on the destination, date, and availability. November–December Campaign: Due to made-to-order manufacturing and high demand, orders placed between November 1 and December 31 may experience additional delays. If the customer detects anomalies in the package, they must state it on the delivery note with the mention "subject to verification" and inform CHILL & BUY within a maximum of 24 hours (Article 952.2 of the Commercial Code). CHILL & BUY S.L. may modify delivery times without prior notice.

SHIPPING COSTS
Peninsula: Free shipping for orders over €65. For smaller orders, the cost is €4.50.
Canary Islands: Fixed cost of €12 and Europe: Fixed cost of €15.
Shipping costs are not refundable for international returns.

RETURNS

Customers may request a return within fifteen (15) calendar days from the delivery date.

November–December Campaign:
For orders placed between November 1 and December 31, the return period is extended until February 1 of the following year.

Returns incur a fixed cost of €4.50, corresponding to the handling and collection of the item. This amount will be automatically deducted from the refund.

To request a return, the customer must first notify us by email at atencionalcliente@chillandbuy.es , indicating the order number, reason, and items to be returned. The garment must be in perfect condition, unworn, with original tags and packaging.

Collection will be made at the address indicated by the customer (valid in Peninsula). Once the product is received and inspected by CHILL & BUY, the refund will be processed within a maximum of fourteen (14) calendar days.

Original shipping costs will not be refunded for international orders.

Returns of personalized products will not be accepted, except for manufacturing defects or errors attributable to CHILL & BUY.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The customer has 14 calendar days from receipt to exercise their right of withdrawal, in accordance with RDL 1/2007. Return costs derived from withdrawal are borne by the customer. Withdrawal is not allowed for personalized products unless there is a defect or manufacturing error.

EXCHANGE POLICY

Exchange Policy
The customer will have a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of receipt of the order to request a product exchange.

November–December Campaign:
For orders placed between November 1 and December 31, the exchange period is extended until February 1 of the following year.

The exchange process has a fixed cost of €4.50, which includes the delivery of the new item and the collection of the original product. This amount will be paid during the exchange management process.

To process an exchange, the customer must send a request by email to atencionalcliente@chillandbuy.es , indicating:

• Order number
• Product and size for which the exchange is desired
• Reason for the exchange

The product must be in perfect condition, unworn, with its original tags and packaging.

Once the request is validated, the carrier will deliver the new garment and collect the old item at the indicated address.

Exchanges of personalized products will not be accepted, except for manufacturing defects or errors attributable to CHILL & BUY.

WARRANTY
Products come with a two-year warranty in accordance with RDL 1/2007. Damages resulting from improper use, incorrect handling, or normal wear and tear are excluded. Incidents during the warranty period must be reported by email.

CONTRACT TERMINATION
The customer may cancel the order before shipping; exercise the right of withdrawal if it has already been shipped; or cancel if the product is unavailable.

USER REGISTRATION
Purchase requires prior registration. Data must be real and truthful. The user can modify their personal, billing, and shipping data from their control panel. The customer has technical means to correct errors in data entry in accordance with Article 27.1.c LSSI.

MINORS
Customers must be at least 18 years old.

DATA PROTECTION
The Privacy Policy can be consulted to understand the processing of personal data.

MODIFICATION OF CONDITIONS
CHILL & BUY S.L. may modify these conditions without prior notice. Purchases will be governed by the conditions in force at the time of the transaction.

LEGISLATION
These conditions are governed by Spanish law. The parties submit to the courts and tribunals of the user's domicile.
