1. Delivery times
The general delivery time is 1 to 5 working days from confirmation of payment.
This timeframe may vary depending on the date, order volume, and delivery address.
Special Campaigns
During periods of high demand such as Sales, Black Friday and Christmas , and given that many of our products are made to order, shipments may experience additional delays beyond the usual timeframe.
Any relevant incidents will be duly communicated by Chill&Buy.
2. How to request an exchange or refund?
All exchanges and returns are managed online through our platform:

All you have to do is:
- Access the link.
- Enter your order number and email.
- Select exchange or return.
- Check the exact cost before confirming.
- Schedule the pickup (when applicable).
Maximum time to request it: 30 calendar days from receipt of the order.
3. Shipping costs
- Peninsula : Free shipping on orders over €65 .
- Canary Islands and the rest of Europe : Fixed cost of €12 .
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
4. Exchanges and returns – General conditions
- The deadline for requesting changes or returns is 30 calendar days from the date of receipt of the order .
- Items must be returned unused , in perfect condition, with their original tags and packaging .
5. Cost of the exchange and returns service
Peninsula and Balearic Islands

Total cost: €4.50 , which includes:
- €3.00 for transport.
- €1.50 for management fees.
European Union (excluding Spain)

Total cost: €11.50 , which includes:
- €10.00 for international transport.
- €1.50 for management fees.
Canary Islands
- For orders destined for the Canary Islands, the customer must send the package at their own expense if they wish to make an exchange or return, due to customs procedures.
- Chill&Buy does not assume shipping costs or any customs fees in these cases.
6. Refunds
- The refund will be made within a maximum of 14 business days from receipt and review of the item.
- The cost of the return service will be deducted from the total amount to be refunded , where applicable.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
7. Exceptions
- No exchanges or returns of personalized products are accepted, except for manufacturing defects or errors attributable to Chill&Buy.
- Items that do not meet the stated conditions may be rejected.
