Add your products to the cart, select the payment method and complete your order.

- Color/pattern
- Method of payment

Important :
If you are purchasing from outside the Iberian Peninsula, remember to add your ID/NIF/NIE at checkout.

Immediate and secure payment.
Option to pay in 3 interest-free installments (subject to PayPal conditions).

Shipping, exchanges and returns
Delivery time
1 to 5 business days from payment confirmation, depending on destination and dates.
November-December campaign
As these garments are made to order and due to high demand, orders placed between November 1st and December 31st may take longer than usual.
Shipping costs
- Peninsula: Free shipping on orders over €65
- Canary Islands and Europe: €12
- Shipping costs are non-refundable on international returns.
Changes
Cost of service
Changes have a fixed cost of €3.95 .
General deadline
You have 30 calendar days from receipt of the order.
Extended deadline – Christmas campaign
For purchases made between November 1st and December 31st , you can request your exchange until February 1st .
How to request a change
Write to customer.service@chillandbuy.es indicating:
- Order number
- Reason
- Product and desired size
The carrier will deliver the new garment and collect the old one.
The cost of €3.95 will be paid during the management process.
Exceptions
No exchanges are accepted for personalized products , except for manufacturing defects or errors attributable to Chill&Buy.
Returns
Cost of service
Returns have a fixed cost of €3.95 , which will be deducted from the refund amount.
General deadline
You can request a refund within 15 calendar days of delivery.
Extended deadline – Christmas campaign
For orders placed from November 1st to December 31st , returns will be accepted until February 1st .
Conditions
- The garment must be unused, in perfect condition, with original tags and packaging.
- Home collection included (Peninsula).
- Refund within a maximum of 14 days after receipt and review of the item.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable for international shipments.
