Add your products to the cart, select the payment method, and complete your order.

Important:
If you are purchasing from outside the Iberian Peninsula, remember to add your DNI/NIF/NIE at checkout.

Bank transfer

Secure payment, encrypted and verified by the bank.
PayPal
Immediate and secure payment.
Option to pay in 3 interest-free installments (subject to PayPal's terms and conditions).

Shipping, exchanges, and returns
Delivery time
From 1 to 5 business days from payment confirmation, depending on destination and dates.
November–December Campaign
As garments are made to order and due to high demand, orders placed between November 1st and December 31st may take longer than usual.
Shipping costs
- Peninsula: Free for orders over €65
- Canary Islands: €12
- Europe: €15
- Shipping costs are non-refundable for international returns.
Exchanges
Service cost
Exchanges have a fixed cost of €4.50.
General period
You have 30 calendar days from the receipt of the order.
Extended period – Christmas Campaign
For purchases made between November 1st and December 31st, you can request an exchange until February 1st.
How to request an exchange
Write to atencionalcliente@chillandbuy.es indicating:
- Order number
- Reason
- Desired product and size
The courier will deliver the new garment and collect the old one.
The cost of €4.50 will be paid during the processing.
Exceptions
No exchanges are accepted for customized products, except for manufacturing defects or errors attributable to Chill&Buy.
Returns
Service cost
Returns have a fixed cost of €4.50, which will be deducted from the refund amount.
General period
You can request a return within 15 calendar days after delivery.
Extended period – Christmas Campaign
For orders placed from November 1st to December 31st, returns will be accepted until February 1st.
Conditions
- The garment must be unworn, in perfect condition, with tags and original packaging.
- Home pickup included (Peninsula).
- Refund within a maximum of 14 days after receipt and inspection of the item.
- Original shipping costs are not refunded for international shipments.
