Shipping, Exchanges, and Returns
1. Delivery Times
The general delivery period is 1 to 5 working days from payment confirmation.
This period may vary depending on the date, order volume, and delivery address.
Special Campaigns (November–December)
During periods of high demand such as Sales, Black Friday, and Christmas, and given that many of our products are made to order, shipments may experience additional delays compared to the usual period.
Any relevant incidents will be duly communicated by Chill&Buy.
2. How to request an exchange or return?
All exchanges and returns are managed online through our platform:

You just need to:
- Access the link.
- Enter your order number and email.
- Select exchange or return.
- See the exact cost before confirming.
- Schedule collection (where applicable).
Maximum period to request it: 30 calendar days from the receipt of the order.
3. Shipping Costs
- Peninsula: Free shipping for orders over €65.
- Canary Islands: Fixed cost of €12.
- Europe: Fixed cost of €15.
Original shipping costs are not refundable.
4. Exchanges and Returns – General Conditions
- The period to request exchanges or returns is 30 calendar days from the date of receipt of the order.
- Items must be returned unused, in perfect condition, with their original tags and packaging.
5. Cost of Exchange and Return Service
Peninsula and Balearic Islands

Total cost: €4.50, which includes:
- €3.00 for shipping.
- €1.50 for handling fees.
European Union (excluding Spain)

Total cost: €11.50, which includes:
- €10.00 for international shipping.
- €1.50 for handling fees.
Canary Islands
- For orders destined for the Canary Islands, the customer must send the package at their own expense if they wish to make an exchange or return, due to customs management.
- Chill&Buy does not cover shipping costs or potential customs fees in these cases.
6. Refunds
- Refunds will be processed within a maximum of 14 business days from the receipt and review of the item.
- The cost of the return service will be deducted from the total amount to be refunded, where applicable.
- Original shipping costs are not refundable.
7. Exceptions
- Exchanges or returns are not accepted for personalized products, except in case of manufacturing defect or error attributable to Chill&Buy.
- Items that do not meet the stated conditions may be rejected.
