Terms and Conditions of Purchase

General Information

In accordance with Article 10 of Law 34/2002, of July 11, on Services of the Information Society and Electronic Commerce (LSSI), CHILL & BUY S.L., CIF B27856814, with registered office at Camiño Toutizo 22, Bajo – 36214 Vigo (Pontevedra), is the owner of the domain www.chillandbuy.es.

These terms and conditions, together with their acceptance in the purchase confirmation, constitute the contract between the user and CHILL & BUY S.L.

Purchase Process

In accordance with Article 27 of the LSSI, the procedures for entering into the online contract are described. CHILL & BUY S.L. will archive the electronic document in which the contract is formalized and it will be accessible to the user upon request.

Once the purchase is completed, the customer will receive a copy of the order, these conditions, and, where applicable, the corresponding invoice.

Generalities

Placing an order implies full acceptance of these conditions. The customer declares to have read and understood these terms.

Any condition proposed by the customer that differs from these will not be binding unless expressly accepted by CHILL & BUY S.L.

The customer can place orders through:

For orders from outside the Peninsula, it will be necessary to include DNI/NIF/NIE in the checkout. For B2B orders, the customer can request a catalog and specific conditions.

Prices

Prices include 21% VAT and are expressed in euros. The applicable price will be the one in force at the time of purchase.

CHILL & BUY S.L. may modify prices without prior notice, without affecting already confirmed orders.

Payment Methods

  1. Bank transfer: Account ES15 2100 6199 7902 0012 3697. Shipping will be made after payment confirmation.
  2. Credit card: Secure, encrypted, and verified payment by the bank.
  3. PayPal: Immediate payment with no surcharge. Payment in 3 installments available according to PayPal's conditions.
  4. Klarna: Deferred payment subject to approval.

Delivery Times

CHILL & BUY S.L. will not send any order until payment is verified. The general delivery period is 1 to 5 working days, depending on the destination, date, and availability.

During campaigns such as November–December, due to made-to-order manufacturing and high demand, orders may experience additional delays.

If the customer detects anomalies in the package, they must state it on the delivery note with the mention "pending verification" and inform CHILL & BUY within a maximum of 24 hours.

Shipping Costs

Peninsula: €4.50 (free for orders over €65).

Canary Islands: €12.

Europe: €15.

Shipping costs are non-refundable on international returns.

Returns

The customer may request a return within 15 calendar days after delivery.

For orders placed between November 1st and December 31st, the period is extended until February 1st.

Returns have a fixed cost of €4.50, which will be deducted from the refund amount.

To request a return, the customer must contact atencionalcliente@chillandbuy.es, indicating the order number, reason, and items to be returned.

The garment must be in perfect condition, unused, with tags and original packaging.

The refund will be made within a maximum of 14 calendar days after receipt and review of the product.

Original shipping costs will not be refunded on international orders.

Returns of personalized products will not be accepted, unless there is a manufacturing defect or an error attributable to CHILL & BUY.

Right of Withdrawal

The customer has 14 calendar days from receipt to exercise their right of withdrawal in accordance with RDL 1/2007.

The costs derived from the withdrawal are borne by the customer. It is not accepted for personalized products unless there is a defect or error.

Exchange Policy

The customer has 30 calendar days from receipt to request an exchange.

For orders placed between November 1st and December 31st, the period is extended until February 1st.

The cost of an exchange is €4.50, including collection and delivery of the new product.

To process it, you must contact atencionalcliente@chillandbuy.es, indicating:

  • Order number
  • Desired product and size
  • Reason

The product must be in perfect condition, unused, with tags and original packaging.

Exchanges are not accepted for personalized products, unless there is a defect or error.

Warranty

Products have a two-year warranty in accordance with RDL 1/2007. It does not cover damage due to misuse or normal wear and tear.

Contract Resolution

The customer may cancel the order before shipping or exercise the right of withdrawal if it has already been shipped.

User Registration

Purchase requires prior registration. The user must provide truthful data and can modify it in their control panel.

Minors

The customer must be at least 18 years old.

Data Protection

The Privacy Policy can be consulted to learn about the processing of personal data.

Modification of Conditions

CHILL & BUY S.L. may modify these conditions without prior notice. The conditions in force at the time of purchase will apply.

Legislation

These conditions are governed by Spanish law. The parties submit to the courts and tribunals of the user's domicile.
