Shipping, exchanges and returns

1. Delivery times

The general delivery time is 1 to 5 business days from payment confirmation. This period may vary depending on the date, order volume and delivery address.

Special campaigns

During periods of high demand such as Sales, Black Friday and Christmas, and given that many of our products are made to order, shipments may experience additional delays compared to the usual period. Any relevant incidents will be communicated by Chill&Buy.

2. How to request an exchange or return?

All exchanges and returns are managed online through our platform:

You just have to:

  1. Access the link.
  2. Enter your order number and email.
  3. Select exchange or return.
  4. View the exact cost before confirming.
  5. Schedule pickup (when applicable).

Maximum period to request it: 30 calendar days from receipt of the order.

3. Shipping costs

  • Peninsula: Free shipping from €65
  • Canary Islands: Fixed cost of €12
  • Europe: Fixed cost of €15

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

4. Exchanges and returns – General conditions

  • The period for requesting exchanges or returns is 30 calendar days from the date of receipt of the order.
  • Items must be returned unused, in perfect condition, with their tags and original packaging.

5. Cost of exchange and return service

Peninsula and Balearic Islands

  • Total cost: €4.50, which includes:
    • €3.00 for transport
    • €1.50 for management fees

European Union (except Spain)

  • Total cost: €11.50, which includes:
    • €10.00 for international transport
    • €1.50 for management fees

Canary Islands

  • The customer must send the package at their own expense due to customs management.
  • Chill&Buy does not assume shipping costs or possible customs fees.

6. Refunds

  • The refund will be made within a maximum of 14 days from the receipt and review of the item.
  • The cost of the return service will be deducted from the total amount to be reimbursed, when applicable.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

7. Exceptions

  • Exchanges or returns of personalized products are not accepted, except for manufacturing defects or errors attributable to Chill&Buy.
  • Items that do not meet the indicated conditions may be rejected.
