To purchase a product from CHILL & BUY, S.L., we offer different methods:
Online
Through www.chillandbuy.es. Add your products to the cart, select the payment method, and complete your order.
Write to atencionalcliente@chillandbuy.es including:
- Quantity
- Size
- Color / Print
- Payment method

Important:
If you are purchasing from outside the Iberian Peninsula, please remember to add your DNI/NIF/NIE in the checkout.

Payment Methods
Bank Transfer

Credit Card
Secure, encrypted, and bank-verified payment.
PayPal
Instant and secure payment.
Option to pay in 3 interest-free installments (subject to PayPal's terms and conditions).
Klarna
Deferred payment subject to Klarna's assessment.
Shipping, Exchanges, and Returns
Delivery Time
1 to 5 business days from payment confirmation, depending on destination and dates.
Special Campaigns
During periods of high demand such as November–December, due to made-to-order manufacturing, orders may take longer than usual.
Shipping Costs
- Iberian Peninsula: Free for orders over €65
- Canary Islands: €12
- Europe: €15
- Shipping costs are not refundable for international returns.
Exchanges
Service Cost
Exchanges have a fixed cost of €4.50.
Period
You have 30 calendar days from the receipt of the order.
Christmas Campaign
For purchases made between November 1st and December 31st, you can request an exchange until February 1st.
How to Request an Exchange
Write to atencionalcliente@chillandbuy.es indicating:
- Order number
- Reason
- Desired product and size
The carrier will deliver the new garment and collect the old one.
The €4.50 cost will be paid during the management process.
Exceptions
Exchanges of personalized products are not accepted, except for manufacturing defects or errors attributable to CHILL & BUY.
Returns
Service Cost
Returns have a fixed cost of €4.50, which will be deducted from the refund amount.
Period
You can request a return within 15 calendar days after delivery.
Christmas Campaign
For orders placed between November 1st and December 31st, returns are accepted until February 1st.
Conditions
- The garment must be unused, in perfect condition, with tags and original packaging.
- Home pickup included (Iberian Peninsula).
- Refund within a maximum of 14 days after receipt and inspection of the item.
- Original shipping costs are not refunded for international shipments.
